What's an "access number"?
You need to check the phone number you need to call to make your recording, the number that you call is the "access number".
How do I access my user account if I've forgotten my password?

I've forgotten my user name. Where can I find it?
If you've lost or forgotten your username then you will need to contact our support department.
Why do I need a PIN number?
The PIN allows us to record your calls against your own user account and make them available via the website.
What are the call costs?
These are found with the access number to call, either on your membership card or using the number checker. Most freephone and local rate numbers can be dialled from the 0871 access number which costs 10p per minute. Other access numbers charge more per minute as they allow you to record your call to more expensive numbers.
Can I legally record my phone calls?
Yes, provided the recordings are for your personal use and not made available to a 3rd party.
Do I have to tell the other person the call is being recorded?
You don't have to if you have no intention of making the contents of the recording available to a 3rd party.
How do I listen to my recording?
All recordings are listed on the number check and audio files page found wthin the login area.
